Back at the end of the school year in May a lot of the band graduated high school, the band director left, the flag team leaders left, and things were looking bleak. But one of the good things that happened was that Sue got elected to be the chaperone coordinator for the band!
She's jumped into this role with gusto, and is the "experienced" one on the team. Since we've been involved with the WHS band since it started in 2006 Sue is able to tell people (including the new band director) the way we've done things in the past, some of the mistakes that were made, and all of that.
She's enjoying the challenge. Go, Sue!
