Sue helped Megan move to Pennsylvania this week. She, Megan's fiance Booker, and Megan drove two vehicles packed to the gills with Megan's stuff up to Krislund Camp and Conference Center. Megan starts her full-time position as one of the camp directors there this week. They got moving early on Sunday morning because Megan and Booker wanted to stop at a church in Roanoke, VA, that they had read about. It was a good church service but it was via satellite and there were some technical difficulties, which was sad.
Once they got to the camp Megan showed Sue all around, showed her where Booker proposed to her, and showed her the cabin she will be staying in. It's a very nice camp and should be lots of fun for her.
Remember, Sue did this with her new friend Enrique, the air cast the doctor told her to wear. Sue put the foot up when she could but didn't let it slow her down very much.
They met up with Booker's mom and some other family to go and see some of the scenery near the camp. Pennsylvania is a beautiful state when you get out away from the cities, and Sue enjoyed it very much. On the drive home Sue stopped and visited the Natural Bridge in Virginia, one of the places we went camping when the kids were young. It had been closed for a while but was open again and was just as beautiful as before.
Good job, Sue!
